No knead bread

I quite enjoy cooking; the process of thinking about what to make, going to the market, preparing it all then watching the individual ingredients magically become something else. The idea of making things from scratch is probably the best part.

Following this recipe, I attempted my own ‘no knead bread’ with a few alterations after a bit of research on the dough since it didn’t quite look the same.

so ugly! I would’ve browned it more but I wanted to eat it so bad.

It’s ok for a first go I reckon.
